Departmental Scholarship Request Forms

The Departmental Scholarship Request form is designated for departmental/campus use and not for student use. Campus groups and departments can request a scholarship to help support their campus events. Scholarship recipients must be active UNM-Valencia students and the scholarship will be applied to the students bursar account within 30 days of receipt.
