Follow these steps to submit a service request:

  1. Go to help.unm.edu
  2. Sign in using your NetID and password
  3. Click on QuickIT   
  4. Enter your request information
    1. Describe your request in the details box (include building name and room number)
    2. Confirm the contact information is correct
    3. Enter any special instructions for the IT staff to reach you
    4. Click Submit

Your request will be assigned to the appropriate group
