To report a problem or to request help, please go to help.unm.edu and click on the QuickIT option.

Follow these steps to submit a service request:
- Go to help.unm.edu
- Sign in using your NetID and password
- Click on QuickIT
- Enter your request information
- Describe your request in the details box (include building name and room number)
- Confirm the contact information is correct
- Enter any special instructions for the IT staff to reach you
- Click Submit
Your request will be assigned to the appropriate group
