It is the policy of The UNM-Valencia Campus Police Department to investigate all complaints regarding any service within the department and take whatever action is necessary and appropriate to maintain the integrity of the department.
Citizens are also encouraged to bring any question or concern about policies and procedures to the attention of the Police Department. Complaints may be made either informally or formally. Informal complaints will be forwared to the Police Supervisor of the involved employee. All formal complaints will require final review by the Director of Business Operations.
A citizen wishing to file a formal complaint should complete a written Citizen Complaint Form. These forms can be obtained from the police office or click the link below to download and print the form.
