About the Program

About Upward Bound

UNM-Valencia Upward Bound is a free, federally funded college-preparatory program that provides academic support, college and career planning, and enriching experiences for eligible students from Belen High School, Los Lunas High School, and Valencia High School.

Students participate in year-round academic and college-readiness activities designed to help them prepare for success after high school.
