Pacific Fusion has expanded its operations in New Mexico with the opening of a new manufacturing facility in Los Lunas, supporting regional workforce development and high-skill STEM careers.

The 200,000-square-foot Los Lunas Build Center, located in the Los Morros Business Park, is the company’s first operational site in the state. The facility will support manufacturing for Pacific Fusion’s fusion energy Demonstration System, with a focus on advanced engineering and clean-energy technologies.

Pacific Fusion leaders and state and local officials marked the opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by community, education, and workforce partners. UNM-Valencia’s Workforce Training Center was among the organizations recognized for its role in supporting regional talent pipelines aligned with industry needs.
