Navigating Difficult Conversations in the Workplace is a practical, skills-based training designed to help professionals communicate with confidence, clarity, and respect during high-stakes or emotionally charged situations. Participants will learn proven strategies for active listening, emotional regulation, and delivering constructive feedback without escalating conflict. The course emphasizes building trust, maintaining psychological safety, and fostering productive dialogue across teams. Through real-world scenarios and guided practice, learners will develop tools to address challenges early and effectively.
