Free Course Registration

To register for select free spring 2026 WTC classes, please call 505.925.8654 or contact us via email at unmvwtc@unm.edu.

Select UNM-Valencia workforce programs are currently tuition-free through New Mexico’s Government Results and Opportunity (GRO) Trust, a $60 million statewide workforce initiative established by the Governor and Legislature.

In its first year, the GRO program achieved a 94 percent completion rate across 19 institutions statewide, with more than 6,200 New Mexicans completing training in high-demand fields such as healthcare, construction, skilled trades, and transportation.

These courses meet the same academic and industry standards as our traditional offerings. Tuition is temporarily covered through state investment. GRO funding concludes after Fiscal Year 2027. Free enrollment is available for a limited time.

State-Funded. Workforce-Aligned. Proven Results.
