Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED

Class Type: In-Person

This American Heart Association (AHA) approved course teaches basic first aid skills such as removing gloves aseptically, identifying medical emergencies including administration of an Epinephrine Pen, stopping bleeding and proper bandaging techniques and learn basic CPR skills such as performing a head tilt-chin lift, giving high quality chest compressions and breaths as well as basic AED (Automatic External Defibrillation) operations. Skills are taught using AHA’s research proven Practice-While-Watching technique which allows Instructors to observe students, provide feedback and guide students in their acquisition of skills during class.
