Biography

As a Caribbean woman born in the Dominican Republic and raised in Puerto Rico, I bring over a decade of experience working with diverse populations across cultural contexts. My work has consistently centered on inclusion and creating environments where people feel safe to learn, communicate, and connect across differences.

I believe that community involvement, just like our educational and cultural institutions, is essential to meaningful engagement and social change. My background includes experience in people operations, leadership, training, and public engagement, all grounded in a strong commitment to care and access.

I look forward to serving and supporting our students while contributing to the advancement of UNM-Valencia's mission.
