Biography
Mr. Goshorn has served over 23 years in higher-education administration and over 46 years in organizational management. Rick’s role includes all aspects of financial management of organizations ranging from UNM branch campus/community college, UNM Academic support units, and major academic units including funding, research, auxiliary enterprises, construction management, IT, Facilities/Operations, and strategic planning.
