Search LIBROS for ELL materials


The English Language Learners' collection at Valencia Campus includes bilingual materials, fiction and non-fiction at lower lexiles, dictionaries, and online language resources designed to help students study and practice their English language skills.  These are all discoverable in the library catalog.
Use the advanced search function to limit to specific formats, date ranges, or lexile levels.
Suggested subject terms to narrow your results to ELL specific resources:
"English language study and teaching"
"bilingual literature"
"English dictionaries"
"[name of language] and English bilingual dictionary"
"Children's and Young Adult literature" or "graphic novels"
"Young adult non-fiction"

 

Subscription Databases for Language Learners

These databases are not available to the public.  UNM and the State of New Mexico carry the subscriptions for you to access. Lucky!  Take advantage of these awesome tools from anywhere - but use our links to access the full content.
