Thank you for registering for UNM-Valencia All-Campus Conference on Tuesday, June 24, 2025. Please join us in the Student Community Center no later than 8:30 AM. We will be serving refreshments beginning at 7:30 AM. The conference agenda is attached to this email. (or a link to where they can access it)
This conference is meant to help us in a number of ways.
- It will be an opportunity to express your needs and reflect on campus engagement.
- We will begin to consider strategic planning as a unifying process and prepare for evaluation and accountability related to the plan.
- We also hope you will enjoy spending interactive, planful time with your colleagues.
In preparation for our time together, please review the UNM-Valencia Vision Defined Strategic Plan (2023-2025) and the UNM 2040: Opportunity Defined Plan. Be prepared to answer the questions below about the strategic priorities from these plans. Please be prepared to share if you feel any important priorities are missing. Everyone will be given a chance to record/discuss this information at the event. We are interested in your genuine feedback whether it is favorable or unfavorable. All responses will be anonymous, so please be constructively honest.

- How do our strategic planning priorities affect or influence your daily work and experiences? Be prepared to tie your responses to specific strategic priorities.
- How does your daily work contribute to or advance our strategic priorities? Please consider the work you are paid for and your volunteer efforts. Be prepared to tie your responses to specific strategic priorities.
- We want to unify work efforts across campus and improve outcomes by aligning them to our strategic priorities. What would progress look like if we improve work alignment with our strategic priorities? In other words, how would we know we're being successful in our efforts?
We encourage you to outline your responses and prepare to discuss these questions before the event.
