Visitors Parking

Visitors are always welcome on the UNM-Valencia. A visitor is defined as any person not  employed with or enrolled at the campus. A visitor may park in the Visitor Parking area, for a maximum of 30  minutes without a permit. If the allotted 30 minutes is to be exceeded, the visitor must  obtain a permit from Campus Police  in the Cafeteria, or the front desk  of the following offices (Library, Student Services, Administration, and Adult Education  Center). Place the permit on the dashboard of the vehicle. Visitor parking will be enforced  Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. A visitor permit is good for the date and/or time  designated on the permit and allows the operator to park in any visitor or student parking space.  Faculty, staff and students are prohibited from parking in spaces reserved for visitors and will be cited.

Overnight and Frequent visitors permit

Visitors who frequent the campus and/or visit for an extended period of days, may apply for a no-cost "Temporary" permit that will allow them to park in a regular parking space.
