- Create a search statement using the keywords.

Activity 3 Practice Searching--Database Group 1
- Use your keywords.
- Search one of these 3 databases. (3 minutes).
Activity 3a Practice Searching--Database Group 2
- Use your keywords.
- Search one of these 3 databases. (3 minutes).
Compare Results With Your Neighbor
- Use your database of choice.
- Find a source on your paper topic (5 minutes).
Activity 3b Finding Books
- Go to Find Books.
- Use Advanced LIBROS Search and try to find a book on your topic.
- Use the topic "New Mexico" and (cooking, chile, history, rivers, or churches) if your topic doesn't work.
- Write down the "call number" of the book on the 3x5 card.
- Go to Library and find the book on shelf and show card and books to Library staff member.
